By using the HomeLynk app, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
HomeLynk connects customers with independent service providers. We are a marketplace and not a party to the service agreements between customers and providers.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Customer payments for booked services are processed through Stripe (including Connect payouts to providers). Provider lead credits are digital goods sold only through Google Play Billing and are unrelated to Stripe. Platform fees may apply. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law or by Google Play’s refund policy.
You agree not to misuse the platform, create false accounts, submit fraudulent transactions, or harass other users.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may permanently delete your account at any time from the Settings screen.
HomeLynk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
